Scheduling Your Call

Currently, all RCC calls are scheduled using an online ordering system.

Step 1 – Arrange for a conference call or conference bridge from your phone company or telecom services provider. We provide captioning and voice relay for a conference call.

Step 2 – Complete the ordering form including date, time and conference call number.

Within one business day you will be provided with an e-mail to confirm your conference call.

Do you need a transcript of the call?

Unless specifically disabled, at any time during the event you may click the “View Transcript” button to view and save a copy of the transcript (unedited realtime transcript) in HTML or RTF format. This feature can be disabled by the scheduler of the event to protect confidentiality.

Required Notice

Federal RCC guarantees technical and captioning support for conference calls with 24-hour advance notice. For events with less notice, Sprint cannot guarantee coverage but will attempt to accommodate the request.

Canceling a scheduled call

We can only support a limited number of calls per day and each hour. When the event calendar is full, other RCC call requestors must be turned away. Should your event be changed or canceled, please e-mail us at cc@captionedtext.com and let us know of the change.
